LSA Return & Exchange Policy

We stand by our work 100%, however if you are not satisfied with your order for any reason here is our satisfaction policies:

Custom Orders

Cannot be returned or exchanged after you received your order.

Regular Merchandise (Non-Custom Orders)

All regular (non customized) merchandize can be returned or exchange within 15 days of receipt

What do you need to do to return or exchange an item?

Email LSA at Returns@Label7Apparel.com
a. In subject line: Indicate Return or Exchange + Your LSA Order Number
b. In body of Email: Indicate your reason for return or exchange (i.e. defective product, incorrect size, not satisfied with product)
An LSA sales consultant will reply to your email with the RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER.

Your returned merchandise must contain a RAN or it will not be accepted by LSA.

The customer is responsible for necessary return postage.
